Description:
From the City of Long Beach web site::

This narrow strip of land that runs diagonally through Long Beach has even more green open space for Long Beach citizens and visitors to enjoy. The area includes walking and riding trails, and native plants. After the construction of a Los Angeles storm drain in the area from spring 2002 to spring 2003, the area was completed as of winter 2003-04 into what is now Rotary Park. The rest of the Pacific Electric Right of Way has been developed for housing, small green belts, other parks, and some parts are still under development.
