Description:
The essence of California's coast is the magnificent diversity of its ecosystems, landscapes and people. When completed, the California Coastal Trail (CCT) will connect this diversity as it traverses the 1,200-mile length of the Golden State's Pacific shoreline. The CCT will mostly follow trails, county, city and state beaches and coastal parks, rural roads and urban streets. The route will pass through many small towns and the large urban areas of San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego.
