Description:
The trail runs around the golf course at the Barren River Lake State Resort Park. All of it is paved and fairly flat. It passes through wooded meadows and stretches of hardwood forest. There are paved trails for the golf carts that occasionally intersect with it. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the bike trail. This is not a "rail-trail."

Barren River Lake State Resort Park is located 44 miles southeast of Bowling Green. Take I-65 to the Cumberland Parkway east, to US 31E south.
