Housekeeping services are not available with summer rates and may be reduced or eliminated on discounted winter season reservations. Please inquire at time of booking. Their ideal location adjacent to the parking lot of the Park City Resort make these a favorite skiers condominium. The hot tub is not open during the summer time due to maintenance. Check-in is located at 1245 Deer Valley Dr., Park City, UT 84060. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. During the summer and off-seasons, our office hours vary. In the event that you miss the regular office hours, please contact the office at 1-800-401-9913 for instructions.
