Every unit offers the -Best View of the Smokies.- Deer Ridge Mountain Resort sits on a mountain top and from our one-of-a-kind vantage point you can enjoy the breathtaking vistas of the majestic, undeveloped and natural Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Located in the valley just below are the stately grounds of the Bent Creek Golf Course, designed by the legendary Gary Player. Make sure to bring your hiking shoes and your clubs. Our location in the private community of the Village of Cobbly Nob provides a safe, family-friendly environment. Guest may also use 2 outdoor swimming pools that are located in the Village of Cobbly Nob the private community that Deer Ridge Mountain Resort is located within. These outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Minimum age requirement to check-in is 21 years of age. Effective August 15, 2011, the hours for the front office and pool will be- Sunday to Thursday- 9 am to 9 pm, and Friday and Saturday- 9 am to 11 pm. These hours will be in effect through October 31, 2011. Office and Pool hours for November 1, 2011 until the end of the year are yet to be determined. Reservation fees and departure maid service at extra charge will be collected at time of check-in and are as follows- 1 bedroom USD 46.90 1 bedrom plus loft USD 52.76 2 bedroom USD 52.76 2 bedroom plus loft USD 58.62 Check-in is at 3 pm. Office open 24 hours daily. Reservation hours- 8 am to 10 pm. After hours security- 10 pm to 8 am. Check-out is at 11 am. If arriving after 5 pm please contact property at 1-877-333-7743 to alert us so that a late arrival packet can be prepared. Gatlinburg is the ideal vacation getaway. Visit the beautiful mountaintop community of the Village of Cobbly Nob and Deer Ridge.

If cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in, a 15 % cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, a penalty of cost of first night of stay will be assessed.
