The Beach and Tennis Club is just a short drive away from area shopping, restaurants, and golf. Must be at least 25 years of age for check-in. Office hours are 830am-5pm Mon-Sat. Please note the following fees- USD 111.00 cleaning fee USD 50.00 damage waiver 5 percent reservation fee Must be at least 25 years of age for check-in. Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM. Check-in office is located in the lobby of building 3. For after hours check-in, please proceed to building 3 to access the after hours lock box.
