Nestled next to the rambling Fall River, Boulder Brook is ideally located between downtown Estes Park an Rocky Mountain National Park. Go Fishing, soak in the outdoor hot tub or sit by the river watching the wildlife- you have found the perfect escape. Spa Suites: Large adult-only suites feature two-person jetted tubs, fireplaces, private deck, king beds and kichenettes. One bedroom suites: Family friendly suites featuring a living room with a riverfront deck, fireplace, kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a king bed and an oversized jetted tub-shower combo in the bathroom. Lodge Suites: Three one-of a kind suites with comfortable living rooms, kitchenettes and queen beds. Front desk is open 9 AM to 6 PM winter and 8 AM to 6 PM summer.
