Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Effective now through September 3, we are offering 20 percent off spa services, 10 percent off food at the Cabana Grille poolside, and one free round of golf at the Hombre Golf Club - guests can call 1-850-234-FORE for tee times. Guests will receive one voucher at registration that expires on their departure date - voucher must be surrendered at course. At check-in time, the following cleaning fee will be collected- 1 Bedroom USD 85.00 plus tax, 2 Bedroom USD 105.00 plus tax, and 3 Bedroom USD 120.00 plus tax. Also, a one-time USD 45.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is due at check-in time. Check-in is at 4pm. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-out is at 10am.
