The Allegheny National Forest is accepting public comments on a trail project which will develop a 10 mile section of trail to the west of Mile 6 and the the Allegheny Reservoir. The project follows the same rail corridor which is being developed by the Kinzua Valley Trail Club to the east of Whiting Run (Mi 3 to Mi 1) The two sections will be connected as funding allows.
