Proposed multipurpose trail of Outagamie County Parks will run between New London and Seymour, Wisconsin on a former railroad route. Currently this trail is completed between Seymour and Black Creek. The trials name is derived from the cities it connects; New London, Shiocton, Black Creek, & Seymour. Location The trail when all phases are completed (23 miles) will run between New London and Seymour, Wisconsin which are also interconnected by Hwy 54. A view on the incompleted portion.lUpdate On Construction Construction on phase one is completed on the trail starting at the Oneida Trail and going west through Seymour and Black Creek. The trail will open May 16. Trail users have 9 miles of the Newton Blackmour State Trail plus the 5+ miles on the Oneida Trail known as the Duck Creek Trail. Who May Use The Trail Hikers, bikers, horseback riders and snowmobiles in the winter months. Sorry no ATV's or other motorized vehicles are allowed on the trail. Snowmobiles are not allowed on the Duck Creek Trail.
