PROJECT TRAIL:Saginaw County to Bay County Connection

  • States: Michigan
  • Counties: Bay, Saginaw
  • Length: 6.2 miles
  • Trail end points: Bay City (Baukus St.) to Zilwaukee (Kochville Rd.)
This 6.2 mile corridor will connect the Zilwaukee Pathway to the Saginaw Riverwalk. This will help close a crucial gap in the larger Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail which has been dreamed about for years. Once fully constructed the Regional Trail will consist of nearly 100 miles of trail connecting Midland, Bay and Saginaw Counties and the many destinations they hold.
