Rice Creek North Regional Trail

Great Trail

September, 2024 by mikejward80

One of my favorite trails in Twin Cities. I start in Arden Hills at 35W and County I. I ride it till where it connects with Chaminade Golf Course and the Chain of Lakes Trail. Then I take city streets along Centerville lake till it connects with county park which brings you back to COL Trail. Very beautiful mix of country and suburbs. About 26 miles total. Signage not great but if you follow TrailLinks Map it is a piece of cake!

Clear Lake Bike Trail System

September, 2024 by rl_henderson

Beautiful views of the lake. Rode twice to get 10 miles!

Nokomis-Minnesota River Regional Trail

Lake Nokomis is great!

September, 2024 by 8xshdh9bmw

The lake trail connects to the entire Minneapolis biker trails, including Minnehaha Falls and the River Road. Being from the South Metro, I park in the south side of the lake. Easy access to Cedar as well as clean restroom facilities. Avenue. Plus, Nokomis has a beach/Conession stand,

Mississippi River Regional Trail (Dakota County)

beautiful trail

September, 2024 by fayeanhorn

The day was perfect for biking and this trail made it even better. Variety of landscapes; bison preserve, farmland, woodlands and river views. Majority of trail was very smooth and clean.

Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail

Really nice trail!

August, 2024 by hayleykulstad

We rode from Faribault trailhead on 8/31/24. There had just been a storm the week before so there were trees down the first few miles but we took streets to get around it. There was a section closed like the reviewer said before me but you can go around this too on the road by the lake. This trail is flat and wide. Fun to stop in Waterville for lunch half way at the Corner Bar and sat outside.

Paul Bunyan State Trail

Watch out for rough spots

August, 2024 by askrens

We started in Bemidji with the intent to ride to Hackensack on road bikes. Hit a large bump just south of Laporte (going 18-19 mph). Ended up with a broken collar bone and fractured elbow in two places. Still a great trail.

Central Lakes State Trail

Diamond in the rough

August, 2024 by askrens

Trail needs some tlc—new paving and not just bandaids. Some of the vistas are truly beautiful and the trail can be fun to ride. Did the entire trail south to north.

Mesabi Trail

Fabulous

August, 2024 by lkgatu

Rode from Ely to Mountain Iron. Loved the scenery and the history. Towns are great! Will be back to ride the rest!

Heartland State Trail

A perfect ride

August, 2024 by 8xshdh9bmw

We had a great day on the trail, from Dorset to Nevis. Exactly the type of ride we needed after our other summer activities including walks and swimming. Stopped at the Iron Horse for a late lunch. Met fellow travelers, including a woman doing a 100 mile bike trek!

Mora Multi-Purpose Trail

great & bad

August, 2024 by kaelikraker

I rollerbladed the trail and parts of it were really bad, so I took neighborhood streets and parts of it were amazing and very well maintained. The views were really pretty. I would recommend it.

Dakota Rail Regional Trail

Great trail out of Wayzata

August, 2024 by askrens

Beautiful ride leading out of Wayzata. Lovely homes and lake views. About mile 7 there was major construction and the trail was detoured about 0.25 miles. The western end is much flatter and rural.

Blue Ox Trail (Voyageur Trail)

Blue ox ATV Trail

August, 2024 by nyaraj

There is no ATV parking at Bemidji State Park. ATVs are not allowed in the park. I had to drive to Northome to find a place to park to unload my ATV., in an unmarked grassy area near Highway 71 and highway 46, immediately west of the blue ox ATV Trail. The trail was in good shape with numerous small mud puddles. I then rode south to where the blue ox ATV Trail ended at Bemidji State Park, then returned to my starting point of Northome wethen rode back to my starting point in
