Schuylkill River Trail West, Schuylkill River West Trail
Straight stretch of trail west of Heuser Park. Originally a dense woodland, trees are currently being thinned along this segment of trail to prevent the spread of the emerald ash borer. There have been periodic closures during the summer of 2018.
