I just did this trail, and I had a blast. The bike trail is rarely level or straight. Mostly wooded trail, but there's very few branches to the face. Just make sure that your brakes are in good condition, and that you of course wear a helmet. The bike trail is actually a little more than 6 miles long. There are mile markers every .5 miles, along with resting areas. Make sure you bring enough water, though, because there's no utilities along the way.

I paid $8 to get into the park, but it was well worth it.
