The Biscayne Trail begins at the southern terminus of the
Old Cutler Trail, an 11-mile north-south route. From there, the Biscayne Trail runs through residential areas along SW 87th Avenue, but, as it continues south, you will enjoy lush, tree-lined scenery. Along the way, it runs adjacent to Centennial Middle School and Dr. Wingham Elementary School, providing an important and safe route for children.
The trail ends at the Black Point Park & Marina, providing convenient access to the sparkling waters of the Biscayne Bay and a large pavilion for picnicking. Near its southern tip, trail-goers can also continue their journey on Miami's
Black Creek Trail.
Parking is available at the southern end of the trail at the Black Point Park & Marina (24775 SW 87 Avenue, Cutler Ridge).
