The Pioneer's Path is part of the
Cottonmill to Fort Kearny Trail, at 17-mile path that winds through southwest Kearney, Nebraska.
This section runs east–west through wetland areas for 3 miles between 2nd Avenue (near the cinema) and the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument.
Park at the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument, 3060 East 1st Street. Access is via 1st Street.
