Description:
The Crosstie Walk is a 0.6-mile rail-trail in downtown Cleveland, Mississippi, that lies on a Columbus and Greenville Railway corridor that was railbanked in 1999 by the city of Cleveland.
The rail-trail offers exceptional recreational benefits to the citizens of Cleveland. The 1.2-mile round-trip is safer than walking in the street and offers a much more pleasant environment for exercise.
**PLEASE NOTE** The trail is only open to walkers and wheelchair users. No bicycles or in-line skating is allowed on the trail. In addition, dogs are not allowed on the trail. Baby strollers are O.K.
