Description:
The trail extends from the dam at Duncan Park Lake and courses through the park to near Union Street by the baseball stadium. The path is a gradual hill (up or down, depending on your direction of travel) as it passes through the woods and at times runs parallel to a small creek.

Part of the path follows a sidewalk and part is rubberized (like a track surface).

Duncan park is in the southeast part of Spartanburg, SC (1000 Duncan Park Drive). Park between the baseball stadium and the softball fields off Union Street and Duncan Park Drive.
