Description
Located in the quaint community of Lost Nation, the Gilroy Rustic Park Trail is one of the most picturesque places in Clinton County. The half-mile path is lined with trees and, although the trail is overlain with grass, the ballast of the former Chicago and Northwestern Railroad bed is still visible. The trail begins at Railroad Avenue, though there is no trail signage.
Parking and Trail Access
Parking is available in Gilroy Rustic Park. From State Route 136, turn onto Winter Street; the park entrance is about a block down the road.

The wife and I enjoy this trail. Its short yet full of life. And when your done walking. Ther park is an awesome spot to have lunch.
