The unique Indiana Veterans Memorial Mile circles the university's football stadium in the shape of the state. Along the way, fitness stations add to your walking or biking routine.
At its northwest corner, the pathway connects to the
Brown Boulevard Trail, which can take you 2 miles north to the Terre Haute North Vigo High School. If you cross Locust Street at this corner, you can also catch the
National Road Heritage Trail, which will one day run 150 miles across Indiana.
Parking is available off Wabash Avenue, south of the Indiana State University Football Stadium.
