Take the Airport exit from HWY 54, turn Northwest onto Cedar City Drive (away from the airport), turn right on Oilwell Road, turn right on Katy Road and follow until you reach the Katy Trail Parking Lot. From there, take the Katy Trail to the Southeast and the spur will be on your left.
