Description:
This trail lies at the bottom of the Kinzua Valley running parallel to Kinzua Creek and using the former Valley Railroad Grade. Approximately 3 miles of the section just west of Westline has been developed with an improved crushed stone surface. An additional mile of trail is useable though undeveloped except for mowing. The trail is planned to cover 20 miles when completed. The Allegheny National Forest is now accepting public comments on a project that will develop the eastern section of the 20 mile corridor from the Allegheny Reservoir to Guffy, PA.
