The Madison Count Transit (MCT) Bluff Trail runs for 2 miles between County Road 69 (New Poag Road) and University Drive where the
MCT Nature Trail picks up. The trail skirts farmland and athletic fields. Not too far south of New Poag Road, the MCT Bluff Trail also meets the
Delyte W. Morris Trail, which crossed Southern Illinois University campus.
Park at the lot on Stadium Drive about midway along the trail (also parking for Deltye W. Morris Trail). You can also park by the softball fields and track farther south on Stadium Drive and at St. Paul's United Church of Christ at the southern end (ask permission).
