The paved Maria Ignacio Creek Trail (also called Maria Ygnacio) follows the canal of the same name, from the
Atascadero Creek Trail near Patterson Avenue north to Pintura Drive at Ribera Drive. It also intersects the
San Antonio Creek Trail at Matorral Way. The trail is a popular route for cyclists and pedestrians traveling around west Santa Barbara and Goleta.
Access the trail from the Atascaedero Creek Trail or hop on at Ribera and Pintura drives. You can also pick up the trail from where Ribera Drive and Matorral Way intersect and nearby at the end of Calle Real. The trail is also accessible from anywhere it crosses a road south of US 101.
