The MoPac Trail West continues from the
MoPac Trail East through the city of Lincoln. The trail connects the university with local businesses, neighborhoods, parks, recreation opportunities and shopping. The trail occupies the old corridor of what used to be the Missouri Pacific Railroad's Omaha Belt Line (hence "MoPac").
This trail does have an overpass across 27th street now. At 24th street, the trail takes some turns and becomes quite ambiguous, turning into residential sidewalks. A short jaunt involving W, 22nd, and Vine streets, and you have reached the Antelope Valley ...
