Description
The New River Trail parallels the New River through the city of Peoria outside of Phoenix. The trail consists of a number of segments and connects to the Arizona Canal Trail. The trail passes a number of communities, businesses, and parks.

This trail is great, but there is an unexplained closure south of Olive Avenue. A locked gate prevents access.
