Description:
The lower half of the trail passes several playgrounds and picnic areas, while the upper half is woodsy
and cool. The Old Adelphi Mill near the midpoint is a historical spot. A very steep gravel trail/road at the
end climbs up to Oakview Drive, which connects to New Hampshire Avenue. The trail continues as a very
rough dirt path along the Northwest Branch, which seems to have its source at the Northwest Golf Course,
near the intersection of Norbeck and Layhill Roads.
