Orange Blossom Trail Description

The Orange Blossom Trail, which will one day stretch 7.5 miles traverses the city of Redlands, CA along a two-lane asphalt surface separated from major roadways.

Heading eastbound, the first section of the trail picks up from California St. and heads southeast, nestled in between a dry creek bed and residential subdivisions. As the trail continues east, it heads into an industrial part of town for the 2 miles of the western portion of the trail. The trail also skirts by the ESRI headquarters, a major geospatial company. The western portion of the trail ends at N. Center St. Near N. Center St, the trail passes Jennie Davis Park which offers green spaces, restrooms and parking nearby for trail users.

The approximately 2 mile gap in between the eastern and western sections of the trail is set to be closed in future trail plans, although there is no planned route yet, due to an interruption in the route by the Metrolink passenger rail service.

The eastern section of the trail, heading eastbound starts on N Grove St. for a little more than a mile ending on Wabash Ave. near Crafton Park. Where the Orange Blossom Trail meets Laramie Park, a small trail verges south where the Orange Blossom Trail heads north. This trail is called the Zanja Trail and takes a short route through the suburbs of Redlands.

Parking and Trail Access

A limited number of parking spots are available along N Grove. St where eastern end of the trail starts off.

Additional parking can be found at Jennie Davis Park, near W 1001 Park Ave. There are also restrooms available.
