Description
The Pinehurst Greenway is located in the heart of a premier golf destination. It winds for nearly 6 miles through the community of Pinehurst and its historic business district. The greenway links Rassie Wicker Park, Cannon Park, a butterfly garden and a fitness center.
Pinehurst offers many amenities close to the trail, including shops and restaurants, and of course, golf. Directions can be confusing through town, so just look for and follow the greenway signs.
Parking and Trail Access
There are several places for users to hop on the greenway system. Parking is available at Rassie Wicker Park, 10 Wicker Drive, and at Cannon Park, 90 Woods Road.
To reach Pinehurst's business district, take SR2 to the Pinehurst Exit and continue for 1.3 miles; turn right on Azalea Road then right on Magnolia Road. For more information, contact:
