Description
This 2.4-mile paved trail extends from Riverfront Park to Cox Landing and includes scenic overlooks along the Flint River. Stroll along the Oxford Environmental Park Nature Trail, an off-shoot of the greenway, to learn more about the local ecology.
Parking and Trail Access
From I-75 South: Take Exit 99 onto GA 300 S., just after Cordele. Turn right toward Warwick, Georgia and proceed for approximately 33 miles. Turn right on Oglethorpe (Business 82) and proceed on Oglethorpe to the Flint River. Immediately after crossing the river, take the first right onto Front Street. The Flint RiverQuarium and Ray Charles Plaza are at the corner of Front Street and Pine Avenue, where you can access the trail.
