Rote Road Multi-Use Path Description

The Rote Road Multi-Use Path offers a paved route along the south side of Rote Road in eastern Rockford. It travels for nearly a mile, providing access to neighborhoods, businesses, and the Aldeen Golf Club. At N. Perryville Road, you can connect to the Perryville Path to head north to Rock Cut State Park, a recreational gem offering opportunities to swim, fish, hike, and picnic.

Parking and Trail Access

Parking can be found at the Peace Plaza (E. Riverside Boulevard and McFarland Road), which is two miles north of the trail along the Perryville Path.
