Dear Ms. Rhoads:
I had passed the trail lots of times on First Street and finally decided to ride it. Beautiful trail BUT - suddenly there is The End and no further direction as to where to find the loops you are mentioning . We backtracked to Holman Avenue and I know there is a way to get further but missed whatever signs there might be.
Went back towards Buena Vista on State 291 and will try again some other day.
