Description
The Sand Hollow Wash Trail serves the northwest part of the city of St. George, in southwest Utah. This trail is a part of the St. George trail system and provides connections to nearby residences and schools.
The trail begins at the parking lot at Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, 1144 N Lava Flow Drive, climbing to parallel N. Lava Flow Drive and merging with the bike lane there.
Parking and Trail Access
You can park at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, 1144 N Lava Flow Drive.
From the south take Exit 6 off I-15 onto S. Bluff Street/SR18; go left and travel for 3.1 miles to a left on W. Sunset Boulevard. Go another 2.1 miles to a right on N. Lava Flow Drive. The parking lot is on the right.
From the north take Exit 8 on off I-15 onto St. George Boulevard; turn right and go for 1.9 miles to a right on Bluff Street/SR 18. Go for another 1.1 miles and turn left on W. Sunset Boulevard. Go 2.1 miles and turn right on N. Lava Flow Drive. The parking lot is on the right.
