Overview
Sneakers Run is a walking and biking trail that runs for 0.67 miles along an old Illinois Central Line railway that connects Primghar to Tjossem Park, a nearby camping area.
About the Route
The northern end of the Sneaker's Run/Bike Trail is located off of S Hayes Ave. and heads southeast from here. A majority of the rail trail is shaded by trees that surround the former railbed. As the trail continues along, it passes underneath Silver Ave. via. a trail tunnel and continues south until reaching 400th St. The nearby Tjossem Park provides camping opportunities for trail users.
The Sneakers Run/Bike Trail runs between S Hayes Ave. (Primghar), where parking is available, and 400th St. (Primghar).
