Description
The Strand meanders along the Payette River with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding mountains. It runs between North Bridge and South Bridge in Cascade, a rural city in west-central Idaho. At its southern end, it connects to Kelly's Whitewater Park, a public nonprofit facility which offers rapids to enjoy by kayak, canoe, raft or tube.
Parking and Trail Access
Parking is available at Kelly's Whitewater Park, located on Highway 55 at Mile Marker 114 on the south end of Cascade.
