The Westerly Creek Trail provides a convenient north-south route through the heart of Aurora. It traverses residential and commercial areas and runs through two major community open spaces, Expo Park and Utah Park, which both offer ball fields, tennis courts and playgrounds. At its northern end, it connects to the
High Line Canal Trail, a 58-mile path crisscrossing Denver's major suburban areas.
Trail-goers should use caution on the trail's many busy street crossings.
Large parking lots can be found at Expo Park, on the trail's northern end, or Utah Park, mid-trail.
when going from utah park to expo park the trails turn to the north at s. kenton way is not marked. this needs to be corrected.
