Description:
The Whistle Stop Park meanders through Elkhart in Morton County, Kansas. The trail can get crowded on the weekends since it is so short. You will encounter a lot of rollerbladers and joggers, so stay alert and don't try to set any speed records. The path is paved and is wonderful for families who enjoy going on a group ride. Neat Trail

"Peddled this clean neat Trail Sept 5, 2006. A nice exercise break on a trip from Dodge City to Albuquerque. The Elkhart people were very generous in the donations as indicated by the Memorial Plaques on Trees and Park fixtures."
