Description
The Wilderness Park Trail offers a convenient, paved route past the popular 42-acre Wilderness Park Soccer Complex with its ten regulation-size fields. The trail is 1.5 miles, but connects with the Monastery Trail and others for longer excursions.
Parking and Trail Access
From US 30, turn north onto 18th Avenue and travel up to 38th Street. Parking can be found in the residential area there, or drive north another 0.5 mile to the soccer field parking lot on 18th Avenue. A third parking option is available at the northern trailhead at the intersection of 18th Avenue and Monastery Road.
