Goodsprings Trail

This was an enjoyable home with some elevation gain in a few spots. Great views along the way.

This trail may also be accessed from just south of the Tecopa Post Office, N35.84853 W116.22741, along the old RR, now a dirt road for about a half mile to the Trail, which is one track, Not suitable for my Tri-Cruiser. However going to China Ranch Trail Head is worth the drive for the scenery and history of the area. Noel J. Keller 18 & 22 May 2010

Routes to Viewing Area

August, 2008 by noel.keler

Dirt road leads to viewing area and hiking trails only. From Hwy at N35.85783 W116.23106 elev 1376’ you have a choice of the dirt road or open route for mountain bikes. Both routes 0.16 mile. The newly surface 2 mile Tecopa Hot Springs Road has bike lanes both directions between Tecopa and Tecopa Hot Springs. Scenic area, did not try the Hot Springs. By Noel Keller 8 Aug 08.
