First presented in 1991, the Kal-Haven Trail Run is a 33.5 mile event on a rail trail that includes a solo run, a 2-person relay and a 3-6 person team relay. The event begins in Kalamazoo at the Kal-Haven Trail's 10th Street Trail head and finishes in South Haven. Kal-Haven Trail Run benefits Girls on the Run of Greater Kalamazoo and Kalamazoo Area Runners. Solo Event -7:00 AM start Two Person Relay Team – 7:15 AM start Three-Six Person Relay Team – 7:30 AM start
