Presenting the 3rd Annual NBC Connecticut Health & Wellness Family 5k! Following our Arena Attack format – running laps on the wide concourses found inside indoor arenas – we will be hosting two 5K races inside the XL Center in Hartford, CT. Each 5K will start on the hour. The first race starts at 8AM. The second race is at 9AM. Then, after your race, check out the NBC Connecticut Health & Wellness Festival!
