Join us for a nature walk on the Preserve! You will learn about wetland science, natural plant and animal species, and the history of the Swaner Preserve. Tall grass, uneven footing, and wet ground may be encountered and can be challenging for younger children and some seniors. Participants who do not wish to do the entire 1 hour and 15 minute tour are welcome to turn around at any time during the walk. Please come prepared for outdoor conditions: Sturdy boots or shoes (close-toed) are recommended along with a water bottle and weather appropriate clothing.
