Fargo Mickelson/ Tricorn Bike Path Description

This trail starts north end of town east of the FargoDome and the first half is basically brand new concrete, once you reach Northern Pacific Ave it's fairly decent asphalt to the south end. This trail branches off near Dike West Park and more can be found on the east side of the Red River so theoretically the path is longer than the 5.4 miles I skated. For those skating, be aware of the cracks in the asphalt that are filled with tar, it's a certain bog down on the wheels of a skate and could send you flying forward. Caution.

On the east side of Red River, the trail runs through and around Viking Ship Park and Riverfront Park.

Parking and Trail Access

Trail heads at:
Civic Center Lot at 1st Ave N and 2nd Street N
Near Jack William Stadium
Dike West Park to the south of the city.
