Anthem East Trail

looks easy, it's not

March, 2025 by tahoemarius

starts as a paved trail, plenty sharp corners, wide open views on the city skyline. once it turns into dirt there's a multitude of trails and navigation can be a bit tricky if not familiar with the terrain, it branches into McCullough Hills trail and others, mostly a XC single track style trail.

Kiley Ranch South Trail - 1st Experience

March, 2025 by gregpaulsen44

Walked part of this trail on 3/18/25. It was a mixed experience. It parallels a wetland area, but I felt the path was too far away from the wetland area for the majority of the distance to enjoy the wetland area as much as I would like. That said, it is better than walking on a sidewalk in a residential area. There is another path on the other side of the wetland area (labeled as "Ion Dr" on Google Maps) that is closer to the wetland area at times between Tree Swallow Lane and Los Altos Pkwy.

Lower Las Vegas Wash Trail

Are you feeling lucky?

March, 2025 by gglvav

It is a great trail system, and as a taxpayer, I would love to take advantage of what I am paying for, but half the time it is blocked with homeless encampments that block the bridges entirely. Just another gamble in Las Vegas.
