200 South Street Trail Description

This is an east-west trail that acts as a connector between two regional trails: the Denver and Rio Grande Western Rail Trail in Clearfield, and the Old Emigration (or Syracuse) Trail in West Point. The D & GRW Rail Trail is a 23-mile multiuse path traversing Davis and Weber counties. The connector trail branches off from the rail trail as the latter crosses Center Street in Clearfield. Continuing along 200 South Street, this paved, two-lane trail provides a smooth and easy walk or ride west. The setting is suburban but the farther west one travels, the more agricultural it becomes. Coming to the edge of a golf course, the trail pivots south and then west again to meet the Old Emigration Trail, which in turn runs 7 miles between West Point and Syracuse.
