BMRR North Trail Description

The BMRR North Trail is a 2-mile, paved pathway that meanders through Red Mountain Park. The multiuse trail is smooth and flat as it winds through the woods.

The trail's western end is at the Venice Road entrance of Red Mountain Park, where it connects to the High Ore Line Trail. The High Ore Line Trail runs west, while the BMRR North Trail heads east through Red Mountain Park. The park also has nature trails that are better suited to hiking or mountain biking. The BMRR North Trail is paved and flat, which makes it more navigable for those using mobility devices and families with strollers. The eastern end of the trail meets the Shook Trail. Turn around to exit the park at the Venice Road entrance or try out some of the park's other trails and exit via one of the park's other entrances.

There are picnic tables, trail signage, and portable restrooms by the parking lot at the western end of the trail. The route has benches, picnic tables, trail signage, a bike repair station, and a TravelStory. Dogs are welcome on the trail as long as they remain on a leash. The park also includes Remy's Dog Park, where dogs can go off-leash. The BMRR South Trail is a dirt and gravel rail-trail that also runs through the park.

There is no admission or parking fee for the park.
