Print Friendly MapThe Cato Springs Trail is the most recent addition (2018) to Fayetteville's collection of paved shared-use trails. The trail forms an important bike-pedestrian link between the regional Razorback Greenway and Kessler Mountain Regional Park. The paved trail begins at Greathouse Park, at the Town Branch Trail (Fayetteville) intersection, and then heads south in the alongside the Cato Springs Branch. The concrete trail passes underneath a railroad bridge, then crosses Razorback Road via an underpass. It then begins to parallel Razorback Road, crossing over Fulbright Expressway and under Interstate 49. Southwest of I-49, the trail diverges from the road and weaves its way down to Kessler Mountain Regional Park.
Parking is available at both ends of the trail. At the north end, you can park at Greathouse Park (1710 Price Ave.), and at the south end, there's plenty of parking at the Kessler Mountain Regional Park (2600 Wc 200, Fayetteville).
This is a peaceful easy walking trail!
