Print Friendly MapThe roughly half-mile long Frog Hollow Trail currently begins at Miller Road and follows a creek south between two subdivisions before dead ending at a point near French Creek. The crushed stone trail provides an open space refuge for nearby residents and is noted for its lush vegetation and footbridge near the southern end. Although currently intended primarily for the residents of the adjacent developments, East Pikeland Township's greenway plans anticipate it eventually being extended south to join the French Creek Trail and north along Frog Hollow Road toward Route 23 and possibly the Schuylkill River Trail.
There is currently no formal parking area; streets in the nearby developments are best, as Miller Road is too narrow.
Beside there being no place to park, except along the narrow road, there is no clear entrance from the road onto the trail. Add to that the trail is becoming overgrown by lawns, due in large part to its short length (the 0.4 mile length is generous) and poor access. Not recommended.
