Lake Daniel Greenway Description

This concrete trail travels the length of Lake Daniel Park, from Friendly Avenue to Mendenhall Street. The trail sits in the shadow of overhead power lines as it parallels North Buffalo Creek. The park has a mix of grassy open space and wooded areas, as well as recreational amenities like fitness stations, a playground, tennis courts and a basketball court. Whether on the trail or in the sports facilities, you can find the workout you seek.

There are several street crossings to approach those with caution. There is also one underpass, under Josephine Boyd Street. The trail connects to the Latham Park Greenway via the Hill Street Connector trail.

Parking and Trail Access

Parking is available at 410 Mimosa Dr, Greensboro.
