The Lions Way multipurpose pathway in the Village of Bluffton is actually made up of disconnected segments of trail. The trails were christened Lions Way to recognize the contributions of the Bluffton Lion's Club and Bluffton Lions Foundation to their construction. One segment on the east side of the village measures 0.7 miles and stretches from County Road 15 to the Comfort Inn. This segment sits on the former spur of the Akron, Canton and Youngstown Railroad. The other segment is on the west side and runs along Augsberger Road, from Bentley Road to a senior living center. This pathway is surrounded by sweeping crop fields and connects to both the Bluffton University campus and the university's nature preserve.
The Lions Way trails are 10-foot wide, flat paved paths. The Village of Bluffton has over 9 miles of hard and soft surface trails. Across the railroad tracks is one of Bluffton's earliest developed trails, the Triplett Bikeway.
